In September 1975, Mr. James Turkett joined The University of Texas at Arlington as a lecturer teaching Money and Banking, Micro- and Macroeconomics on a part-time basis.  From February 1981 to the present, Mr. Turkett has worked as a Senior Energy Analyst at GAO in Dallas where he is responsible for managing research engagement for the Congress of the United States.
