Dr. Christy Spivey joined The University of Texas at
Arlington in June 2009, before which she earned degrees at
UT-Austin and Tulane University and served as an Assistant
Professor at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
Her research focuses on labor, demographic, and health
economics.
