Assistant Professor of Economics Ph.D.,Yale University, 1998 Dr. Jeffrey DeSimone joined The University of Texas at Arlington in July 2007, before which he earned degrees at Swarthmore College and Yale University and served as a research economist at Research Triangle Institute and an Assistant Professor at East Carolina University and the University of South Florida . His research focuses on health-related behaviors and outcomes along with determinants of student achievement.
